Newspaper collection.

Daily and weekly and other newspapers published in Alabama are to be microfilmed and the originals, with the exception of rare items, unusual printings, and issues of extraordinary historical value, disposed of. Out-of-state newspapers are eligible for immediate disposition. The manner of disposition will be determined by the Director of the Alabama Department of Archives and History. This is a revision of schedule 779 that required that the newspaper collection be maintained permanently.
